Part of Warren was annexed in 1798 and 1864

Land was set off to form East Thomaston (now Rockland) and South Thomaston in 1848.

Additional land was set off to East Thomaston (now Rockland) in 1849, and part of that town was annexed in 1852

Parts of Cushing were annexed in 1891 and 1909
