Boundary Changes

Part of Plantation No. One (now Peru) was annexed in 1807

The north lot of Chandler's Gore, lying east of the town, was annexed in 1834, the remainder by Livermore

Land was set off to Canton in 1838, 1839, and 1850

Eight estates in the southeast part of town called "the Gore" were set off to Buckfield in 1856

Land was set off to Buckfield in 1862
